Accuracy of website information

However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
The good will be dispatched immediately after payment is received. If good are not received within seven days please contact the seller.
All claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Goods for delivery overseas ordered from www.bigmicball.com you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any charges for customs clearance must be met by you the customer, we have no control over these charges. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
If goods arrive faulty you are entitled to a full refund. You must notify the seller within two working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
